After Care

Our After Care Program runs from dismissal until 5:30 p.m. each school day. The program is held on-site, is staffed by school faculty and alumni and is open to STS students in Full-Time PreK 3 - Grade 8.

Registration is required.

• The After Care Program is available on all full-day school days beginning Monday, September 14th, with the exception of the following dates: October 16th, April 15-16th, and June 11th. 

• The last day of After Care will be Friday, June 18th.  

• If school has an unscheduled early dismissal (i.e. due to inclement weather), the After Care Program will not operate that day. In the event that After Care is open but needs to close early for a similar reason, parents will be notified.

• An after school snack will be provided each day.

• Students are expected to complete homework assignments during After Care. If a parent does not want their child doing homework while in After Care, they should provide a note to the school office.

2026-2027 rates:

Full-Time PreK students - $475 per month and $450 per month for each additional PreK child.

K-8 students - $275 per month for one student or $250 per month for each additional K-8 child.

*Note* All students must be picked up by 5:30pm. Please note that a $5 per minute late fee will be assessed for each minute a student is picked up after 5:30pm. Late fees must be paid before attendance at After Care can resume.

Payment:

• After Care fees will be added to the student's FACTS account and paid in the same manner as tuition. Families will receive a notice from FACTS when the After Care fees have been added. 

• If tuition is currently paid monthly, the monthly amount will be adjusted to include After Care fees.

• If tuition has been paid in full, families will need to select a payment plan in FACTS for the After Care fees.

Failure to remain in good standing will terminate your child's After Care registration and attendance.

Each child must be registered and have current health and emergency information on file in the school office before attendance in After Care is permitted.
