After Care Director
We are seeking a caring, organized, and dependable individual to serve as our After Care Director. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, communicates well with families and staff, and can create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for students after school hours.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and care for students during the after school program
Plan and oversee age-appropriate activities, games, and routines
Maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment
Monitor student behavior and ensure school policies are followed
Communicate with parents, school staff, and administration as needed
Oversee student sign-in/sign-out procedures
Manage supplies and daily program organization
Ensure the health and safety needs of all students are met
Qualifications:
Experience working with children required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to supervise and engage groups of children in a positive manner
Dependable, patient, and responsible
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families

The Preschool 3 Teacher is responsible for leading a developmentally appropriate program that supports early learning through play, structured activities, and meaningful relationships.
