After Care Director

We are seeking a caring, organized, and dependable individual to serve as our After Care Director. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, communicates well with families and staff, and can create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for students after school hours.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and care for students during the after school program

• Plan and oversee age-appropriate activities, games, and routines

• Maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment

• Monitor student behavior and ensure school policies are followed

• Communicate with parents, school staff, and administration as needed

• Oversee student sign-in/sign-out procedures

• Manage supplies and daily program organization

• Ensure the health and safety needs of all students are met

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children required

Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
