St. Thomas Admissions

Registration Process

  • Obtain registration packet.
  • Schedule visit of classroom and tour of school.
  • Complete registration packet and return completed forms to St. Thomas the Apostle School between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM. Materials include:
    • Registration form
    • Copy of Baptismal Certificate, if applicable (unless baptized at St. Thomas the Apostle Church)
    • Copy of Birth Certificate
    • Health records and immunizations
  • If you are registering for kindergarten, you will sign up for the kindergarten readiness activity scheduled for the week of March 12.
  • If you are registering for grades 1-8, you will schedule a visitation day for sometime in March. All records should be forwarded from current school.
  • We will mail acceptance letters by March 20.
  • Transportation request forms are due to your home district by April 1.
