Our Strategy

The strategies which will help us achieve our goals are:

Message

To seize "teachable moments" to help students internalize truths and values.
To provide a wholesome environment for learning and for extra curricula activities.
To strengthen instruction in current events in order to emphasize moral and social values.
To provide opportunities for teacher-in-service, especially in classroom management and technology.
To utilize monthly faculty meetings for professional growth.

Community

To encourage students to accept leadership roles in school activities.
To encourage students to accept leadership roles in prayer services and liturgies.
To enhance opportunities for students to demonstrate their variety of talents.
To provide opportunities to reinforce use of positive values in situations of social interaction.
To work with and to communicate more effectively with parents to develop a sense of community for the total school population.

Service

To focus attention on the various types of interaction between and among students: i.e. Student Council and the Buddy System.
To offer opportunities for service outside of the school community: i.e. Services at Reilly House, Good Samaritan Home, and Rose Marie Manor.
