2008 Auction - Enchanted Evening |
On April 5, 2008, St. Thomas the Apostle School will sponsor its
third annual Enchanted Evening Auction to benefit
the students of St. Thomas School.
Last year's auction raised almost $35,000 for our parish school and
playground project, and provided an opportunity for parents, friends
and patrons of St. Thomas the Apostle School to come together for
an evening of entertainment while supporting the school. Through
the silent and live auctions conducted during the evening, it serves
as the single largest benefit activity for St. Thomas the Apostle
School.
If you have a home business or work for a company who would be
interested in donating an item for our live or silent auction please
contact Thomas Kane at (518) 439-5573. In addition to receiving
recognition during the auction, you will be recognized in the event
program for your donation. As a result, you will be helping our
school while, at the same time, promoting your product, service, or
organization.
Tickets for the auction are now on sale through the school office,
church office and following every mass in the month of March. Ticket
price is $35 per person and includes a lovely evening of hors
d'oeuvres, carving and pasta stations, dessert, beer, wine and
drink setups.
Additional sponsorship is available starting at $150.00 up to
$1,000.00. If you or your company are interested in being a sponsor
